How do verification numbers work?

How will I receive my VPN or texting app login?

If anything holds an order up, our team finishes it by hand and keeps you updated, and you are refunded in full if it cannot be delivered.

What do I need to activate an eSIM?

You need an eSIM-compatible device. Dial *#06# to find your IMEI and EID, then send them on your order page after purchase: type them, attach a screenshot, or both. Our team reviews your device details and provides the activation instructions or QR image when the order is fulfilled.

Can I use the website and Telegram?

Yes. Use the website in your browser or open our mini app from the DirectSMSHub Telegram bot. Sign in with the same linked account to access your wallet and orders across both. You can manage your Telegram connection in account settings.

How do pricing, payments, and refunds work?

Add money to your wallet, then review the final price before confirming a purchase. Number prices depend on the service, country, and current availability. Eligible discounts are shown at checkout. If a number expires without a code, the payment is refunded to your wallet. Manual orders that cannot be fulfilled are also refunded to your wallet.
